RETURN POLICY, DISCLAIMER AND LIMIT OF LIABILITY


Please Note... Read Before Purchasing:


-Every product we make is unique and has its own different wood grain patterns. This is part of the beauty of wood- your case or cutting board will resemble the one pictured but have its own unique grain.

-Since every item is handmade, some non-critical measurements and features vary item to item.

-Headphone jack port on iPhone and iPod cases fits Apple Earbud jack- it may not be compatible with some 3rd party headphone jacks.

-Sync cable port on iPhone and iPod cases fits Apple Sync Cable- it may not be compatible with some 3rd party charging or sync cables.

-BREAKAGE- Wood items can break irreparably if dropped or handled roughly. SUBSTRATA cannot replace or refund dropped or otherwise broken iPhone or iPad cases. Returns of broken cases will not be accepted at all except in the event of a manufacturing defect.

-REPAIRS- In special circumstances, we may be able to repair an item damaged through mistakes or misuse- feel free to send pictures for us to evaluate. If we can repair it, the repair will be free of charge, but the customer must pay the return shipping fees.

-RETURNS- of UNUSED items accepted if mailed within 7 days of delivery. Item must be returned in new condition in original packaging. Buyer must pay return postage. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns of goods in perfect condition. The restocking fee is waived if you are returning an item that has a manufacturing defect.

-LIABILITY LIMIT- Substrata is not liable for any damage to iPhones, iPads or any other personal property that occurs through use or misuse of the our cases. Substrata is not liable for any illness, injury, or damage to personal property that may occur through use, misuse, improper handling or improper care of our cutting boards, countertops or household items.
