-Every case we make is unique and has its own different grain patterns. This is part of the beauty of wood- your case will have slightly different grain than the one pictured.
-Since every case is handmade, some non-critical measurements and features vary from case to case.
-This is a decorative case for your iPhone; it is not a protective case. While it will keep your phone from getting scratched or worn, it is not designed to cushion the phone or absorb shock.
-Headphone jack port fits Apple Earbud jack- it may not be compatible with some 3rd party headphone jacks.
-Sync cable port fits Apple Sync Cable- it may not be compatible with some 3rd party charging or sync cables.
-Wood cases can break irreparably if dropped or handled roughly. SUBSTRATA cannot replace or refund dropped or otherwise broken cases. Returns of broken cases will not be accepted at all except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
-Returns of UNUSED items accepted if mailed within 7 days of delivery. Item must be returned in new condition in original packaging. Buyer must pay return postage.
-SUBSTRATA is not liable for any damage to iPhone that occurs through use or misuse of the case.
