MISSING ORDER INFORMATION

If you placed an order on substrata.net at any time in December and have not received a confirmation e-mail from substratatsales@gmail.com please read the following and contact us right away.
We have recently found out that PayPal has directed a number of orders placed on our website to a non-existent PayPal account - paypal@mycompany.com.

Please check your PayPal 'confirmation of payment' e-mail to see where your payment was directed. If it was sent to "PayPal@MyCompany.com" there is a problem with your order. (The e-mail you received would state the following - You sent a payment of $XXX.XX USD to paypal@mycompany.com)
We have not received any payment or notice of these orders. Your money is within PayPal's system and is currently uncollected. PayPal has instructed us to inform our customers to cancel these orders as soon as possible.

If your invoice says that you have sent a payment to Substrata Creative Studios, you are not affected by this problem. If we have emailed you regarding your order, you are not affected by this problem- we are preparing your product for shipping within the stated timeframe.

If you believe you have been affected by this issue please contact us right away.

We have shut down the store on our website until we can confirm that this issue has been resolved. If you still wish to purchase one of our products you can go to our
Etsy store or our eBay store.

If you would rather not use either of these options we can send you a PayPal invoice that you can use to place a payment.

And again, don't forget to cancel you first order with PayPal.
